From Sandwiches to Success: How One of NZ’s Top OnlyFans Stars Bought a House at 19
Jasmin, a 20-year-old from Auckland, New Zealand, has rapidly become one of the country’s top OnlyFans creators, transitioning from a teenage Subway employee to a homeowner at 19.
Raised with Indian, Fijian, and Māori heritage, Jasmin felt marginalized by prevailing white beauty standards, leading to insecurities about her appearance.
During her teenage years working at Subway, she endured inappropriate comments from customers, particularly men, which highlighted the pervasive objectification women face in various settings.
The COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 interrupted her plans to attend beauty school.
Observing the rising popularity of OnlyFans—a platform boasting nearly 190 million users and about two million creators—Jasmin decided to create an account, viewing it as an opportunity to earn extra income.
Announcing her new venture on her personal social media accounts, she was met with indifference from acquaintances but proceeded nonetheless.
In her first month, she earned NZD $2,000, a significant sum compared to her previous earnings.
Despite the limited resources used to produce the initial content, the positive reception motivated her to enhance the quality of her work.
Jasmin’s online presence expanded to 2.5 million followers across various platforms, though she faced setbacks such as the suspension of her TikTok account.
She has since achieved millionaire status and purchased a home at 19.
Reflecting on her journey, Jasmin emphasizes the empowerment she found in monetizing her content, stating, “At the end of the day, you’re in a man’s world and you’re always going to be harassed, objectified, or sexualized no matter what you do. So you might as well profit off of it and monetize it when you can.”
